Dr. Paul S. Fraser

Dr. Fraser has been a lawyer for over 35 years and is a specialist in tax law and foreign trade law. He acquired his master's degree in tax law at the National Autonomous University in Mexico and also earned his doctorate degree at UNAM in foreign trade law. Dr. Fraser is a graduate of the Air Force Academy in Colorado and is a decorated Air Force pilot and veteran of the Vietnam conflict.

Dr. Fraser received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1973 and practiced tax and civil law in Florida for over 10 years before he moved to Mexico.
