Dr. Paul S. Fraser

Dr. Fraser has been practicing law for over 30 years and is a specialist in tax law and foreign trade law. He acquired his master's degree in tax law at the National Autonomous University in Mexico and also his doctorate degree there in foreign trade law. Dr. Fraser is a graduate of the Air Force Academy in Colorado and is a decorated Air Force pilot and veteran of the Vietnam conflict.

Dr. Fraser received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1973 and practiced tax and civil law in Florida for over 10 years before he moved to Mexico.
